Refunds
We have a 30-day Love Guarantee policy, which means after 30 days if you don't love our product, we will issue a full product refund, not including shipping costs, on your original payment method within 10 business days.Â
To be eligible for a refund, please provide your order number and reason for the refund.Â
To request a refund, you can contact us at hello@nexumnutrition.com. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the consumable nature of our product, it cannot be returned. If after 30 days, you do not love our product, let us know and we will issue a refund. Simply dispose of the rest of the product.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
