The NEXUM blend is perfect for smoothies, yogurt bowls, oats, coffee, baked goods, or just in water.
Pro smoothie tips: Berries are the healthiest fruits - low in sugar, higher in fibre, and packed with anti-oxidant polyphenols and flavonoids. Avoid using sugar-filled juices and opt for water. There is enough flavor from the booster and fruit that water doesn't dilute the smoothie like many would believe.
